Shipment and Terms
All products are coordinated for standard, ground delivery by Guerbet's carrier of choice. Guerbet pays freight for all standard orders. Terms are net 30 days.

Standing Order Shipments
Scheduled Standing Order Shipments offer our customers the most flexible scheduled shipment program in the industry. Utilizing this service will allow you to save valuable time by automating the ordering process.

Products ordered routinely and in predictable quantities can be scheduled to ship

This assures that your order will arrive the same time on a regular basis. If you are over-stocked or wish to alter your Standing Order Shipment, simply call 1 day before your ship date to discuss changes with a customer service representative.

The Standing Order Shipment service is not a contract and can be cancelled in its entirety with a 30-day notice.

Product Warranty
Guerbet, manufacturer of Oxilan® and Hexabrix®, warrants title and that all goods sold hereunder shall conform to Guerbet's standard specifications in effect on the date of shipment. Guerbet also warrants that the goods sold hereunder 1) are not adulterated or misbranded with the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; and 2) this warranty is limited to goods bearing Guerbet's label in Guerbet's original package. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties either written, oral or implied (including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose). No representative of the company may change any of the foregoing and the buyer hereby accepts the product subject to the terms hereof.

Returned Goods Policy
All returns must be authorized by a Guerbet customer service representative.

Credit will be issued for authorized product returns within 90 days of invoice, in saleable condition, and subject to a 20% reprocessing charge.

No credits will be issued for product held over 90 days by the customer, returned in non-saleable condition and/or returned without proper authorization and documentation.
